1. Responsible for the use, maintenance, and adjustment of the hydraulic press, and conducting static water pressure tests on each steel pipe in accordance with product standards and technical requirements.

2. Responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and upkeep of the hydraulic press test head, lubrication system, various hydraulic pumps, and valves.

3. Responsible for adjusting the height of the bracket when changing lanes (changing steel pipe specifications).

4. Responsible for inspecting the surface quality of steel pipes after hydrostatic testing.

5. After the hydrostatic test, the steel pipes that pass the inspection should be marked with a qualified label and recorded.

6. When water leakage or seepage is found during the inspection after the water pressure test, a "leakage" or "seepage" mark should be made at the leakage or seepage point and recorded, and the steel pipe should be returned to the repair welding position for disposal.

7. During the hydrostatic test process, supervise the hydrostatic test pressure and stabilization time. If the test pressure and/or stabilization time cannot be reached, the test should be deemed invalid, and if it is not accepted, the test should be retested.

8. If the leaking or leaking steel pipes are not treated during the shift, they should be cleared during the handover.

9. After the work is completed, organize the hydrostatic pressure inspection records and transmit them according to the prescribed transmission route.

10. Ensure safety at work, maintain environmental hygiene in the work area, and achieve civilized production.
